The Italian made, industrial grade pasta maker named Martha is the first of its kind to be used in a school setting in the United States. We source local items as often as possible: eggs, ricotta cheese, fresh produce, and semolina flour – Martha, in turn, produces fettuccine, lasagna, pappardelle, and ravioli. Some new menu adventures have been the introduction of Pizza Pillows, Pierogi’s, and Pot Stickers.
